What Happens Before I Ever Pull the First Card

One of the things people don't often see is everything that happens before a reading begins.

Before I shuffle a deck...

Before I pull a single card...

Before we even begin our conversation...

I prepare.

Every session begins with intention.

I pray.

I ground myself.

I ask for wisdom, clarity, and discernment.

I ask to become a clear vessel for whatever guidance is meant to come forward for you.

Sometimes Spirit directs me toward tarot.

Sometimes oracle cards.

Sometimes both.

I don't begin with a predetermined formula.

I begin by listening.

Every reading is unique because every person who enters The Healing Chamber is unique.

My goal has never been simply to interpret cards.

My goal is to create a sacred space where guidance can unfold naturally, honestly, and with compassion.

The cards are simply one of the many ways that conversation begins.
